Study Day, Edinburgh, 14th June 2012

Joyce Kenndy (of Cupar U3A) and Fiona Begg (of Penicuik and District U3A) are organising this study day on the subject 'Conserving Asia'. It will be held at Edinburgh Zoo on Thursday 14th June 2012. Full details will follow as available.

All Scotland U3A Conference, Peebles, 28th June 2012

Tweeddale U3A is hosting this year's All Scotland U3A Conference, to be held at Peebles on Thursday 28th June 2012. Each U3A in Scotland is invited to send 3 members, one of whom should be your Voting Representative, but more spaces may be available later, after the initial booking deadline of 31st March. The cost of the day is £10, which includes a buffet lunch, morning coffee and afternoon tea. For those planning to stay in Peebles on the eve of the conference, there will be an opportunity to join us for a Peebles Historic Town Walk, followed by an optional visit to a local hostelry.
